Aston Gardens At Parkland Commons

Complaints fall on deaf ears at this facility ! The adminstrators don't know what they're doing , and trust me , they will nickel and dime you to death ! We are searching for a new place for our loved one. Cross this facility off of your list ! If I could have given this place negative stars for the rating, I would have !

My Mother-in-law and Father-law-law spent a number of years there.The staff isn't trained well and the management isn't good at moving when it comes to concerns from the pateints family. My Father-law-laws room always stunk and we asked for it to be cleaned over and over. We had to clean it. There are a lot of nice epole there but one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing.

My mother is a resident at Aston Gardens ALF and she is thriving in that environment. The staff us kind and helpful. Her efficiency sized room is always clean and has all if the safety features necessary. We couldn't be happier knowing mom is in such safe hands.

NIGHTMARE !! This facility allowed my loved one to suffer with bedsores. Nursing staff was NOT on top of it ! That's just one complaint , there are too many to mention. There needs to be better regulation and INSPECTIONS for these "type" of facilities, because they do not fall under the actual "nursing home" descriptive , they are not subject to as stringent laws. Upon information and belief...
