Dr. Ballard was very good at interacting and playing with my young child but when it came to explaining things he seemed lost. My daughter saw him 3months after her first visit and when we finally saw the Dr he was talking about her right eye being the bad units the left eye that has problems! He didnt even read her chart and had no idea who we were...you would think after being 20minutes late...
