Appointment was at 11:15, wasn't called in until 11:57. Its 12:42 and I'm sitting in the chair still waiting to see the doctor. Not a good first impression. I hope my wait is worth it.

UPDATE: Staff were very nice. Only one doctor was available so its understandable.

After making an appointment the prior month I received a phone call 4 hrs prior to my appointment where the rep stated they changed there hours. I asked to speak with a manager as I lived with the pain for a month and she said she called and left a message the prior week. No calls in my phone records from any of there numbers, not to mention I received an automated message days prior...
