Janike's improv class was outstanding - it's a combination quick flow, strength building and stretching. I recently started practicing several different flows and her class was one of my favorites. I loved the step-by-step instructions to expand our practice and muscles. I'll be back for more - I feel stronger already! #fititforward
Really enjoy this Shala and try to go as much as I can. All the teachers are great, but my personal fav is Troy. ( I wish he was there more than just 3x a week!)
