Asha can be challenging and nurturing, depending upon what you want out of your practice. The Yogis are all great ;).
When I think about Asha - I think about how welcomed I feel every time I enter the space. I have not only been a student here, but a guest teacher and it's a place where I feel like I have been able to deepen my practice and teach students -- and other teachers -- who are curious, excited, and inspired to do what they do and devoted to being as good as they can be.
What's not to love about Asha Yoga? Amazing teachers, a warm and inviting environment...it's the best investment I've made for my health and well-being. And classes in the hip MARRS building...love this place!
