I have been training at Ascent Fitness for 8 years and it is an awesome place to workout. The trainers are friendly whenever I enter the gym and that's important at the end of a long day. I train with Doug and he's the best, he's always willing to listen and offer encouragement to this sometime slacker!!! I have belonged to several larger clubs over the years and love the feel of this place so much more.
The gym, exercise rooms and locker room are clean and quite spacious and I really like that they offer lockers that have locks and keys, nice touch.
