The caring staff here goes above and beyond to care for residents. I heard countless stories of attentive care from other family members. I don't know what Medicare uses to rate places but they got this one wrong!

Overall rating,staff helpfulness ,cleanliness ,quality of care all below one star. My father was there less than 48hrs and was rushed back to hospital. He was suffering from a brain injury. And we thought he was going there to receive therapy.
