The Sentricon system is a royal pain in the neck. Arrow made it sound marvelous, like they'd set up and be responsible for their low-maintenance in-ground termite stations, but when they come out to your house and can't find "their" stations (due to leaves, ground wash, grass, or landscaping -- a lot can happen in a year) it becomes your problem. We have a bond on our house with this company and they have always done an excellent job with re-treats etc... We live in a heavily wooded area so it's very important to keep the termites out. I have always been satisfied with their service. My wife also recommends them professionally.
