Please do not move here. I am sad because I love the location of these apartments but it is hard to get management to follow up on things. I have a problem with roaches and have placed work orders, I have called and absolutely nothing so far and it will not happen, it has been over three months. I have been living here for three years, when we first moved in it was called belle isle, and boy was that a great place to live. Sadly in the middle of the night and i mean literately the middle of the night they became arium chastain. This where it started going down hill. as stated by the other person maintenance issues took at least 3-4 calls before someone even got over to the apartment. ...

Formerly known as Belle Isle Apartments, Arium is a new name for this complex since the new owners took over in July 2015.
Since then, the management of the property has been TERRIBLE. My experience with some of the staff (particularly the senior managers) led me to feel they were very rude, not at all helpful and seemed unconcerned with tenant complaints.
