Great location, very trendy cool hotel, much more upmarket than the rest of Fishermans Warf. Great helpful staff made our stay in SF easy and hassle free.
Been coming here for several years. 2 or 3 times per year. Last visit, now new owners worst experience ever in any Hotel. None stop hammering room above us removing tile in bathrooms. Complain to the desk and all they can say is we're sorry for the construction. So don't expect to rest 9am-5.30pm. I ask why they would rent out rooms below that noise and that they shouldn't do that response...
What a surprise this hotel was! The staff is super friendly, lobby amazing, and the room was incredible.
