I want to give this place five stars but it gets four because the wax was amazing but the massage was only okay. The space is very small and relaxing, perfect for a spa. The staff was very nice...

My experience at this spa was phenomenal! Compared to my previous experiences in NYC spas, Area was by far the best! The place is spotless and everyone there is so sweet! I went for a Brazilian wax and I didn't even cringe! They use poetic wax (not used in most spas) so the process was pain-free. I plan on going back in the future for more. I recommend Area for those that want a luxurious spa...

I love the Emporium Spa... The facililties are very clean and relaxing. The employers are nice and cordial. It is better than some manhattan spa's I have attended. Here they treat you well. I recommend their service.

I've been to the spa once, and it was your typical spa nothing out of this world unfortunately not enough to keep me coming back. Sometimes you find a place that you think is average and you go in, just because. Man was I totally off about this palce. I will definitely recommend this palce to all my collegues. Great place!
