This was a nice place to live but now its noisy. If you are a college student this place is nice for you. If you have a family then it's college kids being loud late at night. Constant loud music sometimes till midnight. They have raised the rent by over 600.00 in the last two years with nothing to show for it. Your pretty much paying for renovations that you don't get. 1 bedroom/1bathroom apartment with great kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Love the space here - beautiful pool, great gym, quiet neighborhood. Archstone is great for commuters, as it's right off I-95 and right across from Boca Town Center Mall. You'll love it here - I'm so glad I found it when I moved here from across the country.

Archstone is definitely the place to be if you want to be close to town. In walking distance to pharmacies, outdoor malls, restaurants, and a publix, as well as a 3 minute drive to the mall! The neighborhood is clean and safe, and the grounds itself are maintained beautifully including a large pool and a gym. Highly recommended complex for both families and young adults.
