Aramark contacted us and remdied the situation. They came by and picked up the items they left and recalled the collections case.

A day after filing the report a representitive from Aramark contacted our organization in response to our report. The representitve asked us to send any backup documentation to him. He said he would look over it and call us back within 2 business days. It has been over 2 weeks since we sent over the documentation and we have yet to hear back from him with a resolution.

After providing horrible service we cancelled our contract in early 2013 with Mr Paul Pinaker. (He is no longer with the company) The driver then should have picked up any remaing items but never picked them up after we cancelled our contract.
