I used this company over 10 years ago and I am still having problems! I paid them for a new Hayward filter and Polaris pool cleaner. The guys who came out routed the pvc pipe right across the walkway for a potential accident. I had to show them the proper way which only required a little common sense.Then they sold me the wrong size filter which they cracked while installing. Unfortunately for me I wasn't aware of the filter problem for sometime. My pool has been cloudy ever since because of the small filter. They were a nightmare and they are still haunting me!! They should have been out...

NO! Undependable service. Set several appts and service guy never showed up. Would not use them again

I have always been pleased with this company's services and feel that they are extremely helpful. We were headed out of town for a long weekend and realized our pump wasn't working. We assumed it was the new pump, Buddy came out and found that a time that we had installed by another company was done incorrectly. Even though it was not his issue he still fixed our pump issue and charged me only an 1 hour service fee. Thanks!!!!

Waiting for service

I went to Aqualanta, Tucker, GA to schedule service (open my pool). They gave me an appointment for Monday June 29. No one showed up. I called back June 30 and was told they would contact the owner. No one ever showed up or called me back. I called again July 2 and they said thay would call the owner. This is not acceptable service

I can't believe a company can still be in business when they continually no show their customers and don't even bother calling. They do, however, have one excellent employee that they obviously spread too thin.
