S...low...e..st serv....ice EVER. This subway location needs to hire more people or at least hire girls who look like they want to work. This location is about 2 months new and I know it can improve. Get a bigger staff!!

Just had the rudest, most unprofessional person named John call and cancel my repair appointment . We've waited for days and one hour before appointment time he called to cancel because it snowed yesterday. No offer to reschedule was just told to call back next week and reschedule. I told him it wasn't acceptable and he told me that was too bad and call somebody else. Then hung up on...
