The cut was great. No complaints there. When I made the appointment for my 16 daughter to have and inch cut off her ends I was told that was a teen cut and would be $35. No other questions were asked. When we arrived we were greeted and checked in. The stylist came out looked at her hair and we discussed what she wanted cut. He then cut the ends. We went to pay and was told it was $45. I explained that I was told the price was $35 when I made the appointment. The receptionist replied "Yes, but she has a lot of hair.
