Do not use this company if you are looking for competent, honest or fairly priced help. They will say what you want to hear to make the sale; your money is their only concern. They lost all of my data and dared to say that it was my fault for not having ""all of my back-ups"". I never thought I would lose all of my family photos due to having a virus cleaned up. Since I had already paid my hefty bill, there was nothing further they could help me with rather than charging me more money to ""possibly recover some of the data"". I would recommend trying other companies in the area, as I don't...

If you have a computer related question, you'll get it answered with these guys. I've had them out to my office and have taken equipment into them and both have been great experiences. Don't go anywhere else!
