Absolutely AWFUL!!!! We have been dealing with this sorry company for over 5 years, as they are the only ones approved to serve my husband's oxygen needs. They never keep appointment times, never service equipment properly and only show up at the last minute before they face a Medicare deadline. If anyone else has had similar problems with this company, do what I am going to do, REPORT these...
