Help us make it rightI worked for mark foster for a few weeks.. not only did he beat customers out of money, he does not pay any of his bills,nor does he pay his employees. this man is a scam artist.. do not use him
Fridgadaire told me to use them, so I did. They came out a week later found the problem left ordered the part and installed it another week later. Since then it failed on me within 30 days, but trying to get ahold of these people is rediculous. Message after message I left with them before finally talking to someone who told me they'd have to look up my info, and never returned my call. So over and over same deal, they started telling me the part was on back order but it never showed, finally after a month or two complaining they sent someone out to look at it to tell me it was the part they put in, but it's not warrantied. After "they" took so long to respond. Today the owner tells me he won't cover it. 5 months of messages and being lied too. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE even if the vendor recommends them.
Appliance Tech was sent to my home by Lowes through an extended warranty. after waiting a month for a part they claimed was on back-order i got the part number from them and purchased the part myself from a local store and finished the repair myself. i later found out the part was never on back order. I'm not sure what the problem was because I could never get much info from them. When they finally called to let us know the part was in, we advised them we did not need their service and that we found the part. the lady then hungup the phone without saying a word.
