Tim came out and looked at our appliances. Said he would have to have the money up front to order the parts for repair. Took $145 but never came back to fix them. Never answered his phone or returned calls. When he did answer once or twice he stated he would be here the next day but would never show up. Wish I'd seen these reviews before calling him.

Tim came and only finished part of the job - took my money and never came back. He is a thief and poor business man. He should be arrested.
