I have dealt with them twice and will be going back this week. I found them helpful, friendly, and informative. they went out of their way to help me in the past. that is why I am returning. Oh...and Their prices are reasonable and competitive.

Amy was very helpful. They had the part ready when I walked in the door. They stock parts the large hardware stores dont have available. The part I purchased worked perfectly.

A great place to get parts for your appliances if you enjoy fixing them yourselves. They have always had what I need and their prices are competitive, better on the generic replacement parts.
