Poor products, even worse customer service.

They sold me a fridge which had a broken valve connector AND broken AC fan that would turn off for hours causing the ice in the reservoir to turn liquid, then the AC fan would come back on and re-freeze the water causing the reservoir to crack and leak all over my wood floors. They sent a great maintenance guy out TWICE to fix the issue, and finally he said: ""it's too expensive to fix, I'll tell them and hopefully you'll get a credit on a new fridge"". He was right, I got a credit on a new fridge, but the damage to my floors was where...
