Repairman failed to show up after scheduling an appointment. I waited the 4 hours for my "appointment time" and then called to find out where the repairman was. Was told to re-schedule. No thanks! Will never call them again.

This company was phenomenal from the word "GO". The minute the concerned and caring receptionist answered the phone all the way to the tech making it out in a super timely manner and healing my washing machine. I love these guys and will use them anytime I have an appliance in need of care!
