Big, thick, topping-filled pizza. This is NOT New York style pizza. Nor is it really Chicago deep dish. The pizza here is good, but one slice is a full meal.

Applewood Pizza serves up good pizza with a nice sturdy crust. The restaurant itself is cozy and old school (kind of reminds you of going to a spot your grandma might love).
