Refused to migrate data from 2008 Apple Mac to new MacBook Air. Said it'd be easy at home. Didn't work. Spent hour on phone with Apple Care who set up migration. Been 7 days & still migrating. For 48 hours saying one minute left. Called Apple Care today & Tony hung up on me.

If you come in really early, not around any holiday, you can get right in without an appointment. But always try to make an appointment.

What a joke! Bunch of over-know it all guys in grey Apple tees but not one person put my purchase in a bag!!
I just stare at the stuff till it got uncomfortable for the guy! Duhhhh....

Worst customer service ever. Super unorganized. Already had to wait 4 days for an appointment and now they're running super late.
