These guys are so huge they forget what they are all about. They make you do some stupid test in clerical but don't let know do any of the commands (shortcuts) that someone totally ept at working can do a lot quicker.

They abide by their computer test and nothing else (personality, experience). And no I am not a moron, I have a masters and was a receptionist for 7 years through college.
