We also provide newborn hearing screenings and file the necessary paperwork with the State of Tennessee. We enjoy helping people reconnect to family and rediscover the sounds they didn't even know they were missing!
I can only relate to the events that occurred to my 92 year old mother. She went to them slightly less than two years ago. They sold her a product that is obviously defective from the get go. She has returned numerous times due to constant beeping in the hearing aid. The hearing aid is "Accuquest". It has been sent back to the manufacturer three times with no results. Still beeps.
