We purchased an Audi from this place for good money almost 2 yrs ago. Admit we were foolish in not pulling a carfax at the time but we did ask important questions including, 'was this car ever in an accident". We were assured it was NOT. Just pulled a carfax as this car has been the money pit. Found out if was deemed a "total loss" over 2 yrs ago by the insurance company from an accident. We were LIED to! The car was apparently rebuilt from salvaged parts, which obviously were no good since we have had to replace so many things on the car. This place is obviously a chop shop! It is run by Eastern block foreigners who have no regard for the value of hard earned money that AMERICAN people like us save up in order to pay for a car. ! The sad part is that this car was for our 16 yr old son. This place has no conscience and we want others to know so the same thing doesn't happen to you. Buy your used car somewhere else!!
I was looking into a car that was priced ~ 70% of its retail value, was told that it was simply a used car, nothing special about it, just a good deal. I finally squeezed the VIN # out of them (JF1SG63667H746042) only to find that it was rebuilt from salvage.
When I brought this up, they tried to pass it off as only having the taillights replaced and a dent taken out of the bumper; I begged to differ.
Stay away, stay far away.
I purchased no less than 3 vehicles over the years from APB Motors. My first car I was considering purchasing from them was a Rebuilt salvage title, and I was very nervous at first. I did end up purchasing the VW Jetta from them, and absolutely loved it. I ended up purchasing 2 more BMW's both with Rebuilt titles and they have been working great through the years! Had nothing but great...
3 years ago i was shopping for a used car, first week i thought they have some problems with the car i was waiting for,so i let it go and gave them a week then after a week i started calling the almost every day and the answer was " Call us tomorrow" so i got my car in 5 weeks which took a lot of energy from me. 3 years later i decided to buy another car and i thought that its not gona happen...
I called to inquire about some services they might provide, and when they realized they couldn't make a sale off me, they literally, said thank you and hung up on me. In this business, I'm sure it's hard to break away from the perception that dealers are just out there to make money off you and are somehow dishonest and lack professionalism... they just proved to me that this store is one of...
Terrible facility! Customer service is terrible, people are rude, employees will speak about you, in Russian in front of you. Have to chase them around to get answers about your car and whats needed to fix it. Barley touch your car in terms of diagnostics, and yet have a 2000+ estimate for repairs car was given back to me with check in light on, which was not on at drop off. Horrible...
Horrible service do not use them ever! Had my car for a month and worked on things I didn't tell them to and did a horrible job on all the repairs.
