When visiting this wonderful location I found it to have 24 hr access with an operating security system and be CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! It's small enough for those like myself just getting started and has enough equipment and free weights for those more advanced.
The staff is professional and concerned about me reaching my health and fitness goals.
