She is very "unprofessional" and a liar. She is in charge of DaVita Palm Bluff in Fresno and allows her staff to disrespect, neglect, steal medications from patients and over bills Medi-Care and Medi-Cal for services not provided! I have first hand experince with this horrible woman. If you have an elderly parent on dialysis at Palm Bluff, go with them and watch how they treat the other...
