My recent experience with the owner was so shocking that it prompted me to rate them and warn others.
After having my hair highlighted the student began to cut my hair. She was a little out of her league (even though she was advanced) and proceeded to ask for assistance from the owner. I was fine with this because I appreciate when someone knows their limitations. No problem until he decides to be Mr. ""I know everything and I'll fix this"" takes the scissors and in his cocky manner CHOPS a hunk out of the side of my hair near my scalp. I just had a facial by one of the esthetician students at this academy. The experience was delightful. She really took her time analyzing my skin and making sure I was comfortable. My skin feels and looks fantastic. If you are looking for a good quality place to go to for skincare and hair removal services check this place out. It is basic (not a fancy spa by an means), but it is clean and professional and the prices are unbeatable. They also do microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
