I have ordered flowers for my wife from this shop many times without a problem. I recently ordered a Valentine's Day arrangement and had them deliver it to my house. I also ordered a Valentine's Day balloon. They delivered the flowers, and my wife liked them, but they didn't deliver the balloon.
