They don't even get a rating they are so terrible! First of all, the MANAGER showed up to my mother's house DRUNK at 3AM because my mother was in need of help and I was unaware of what to do, so I was reporting to her. And she shows up DRUNK instead of just talking over the phone. The whole management is disrespectful, and all they care about is getting their money. I have heard the payroll Manager, Dwight, say ""well lets hope they make it till next month"" clearly so they don't have to pay the family back for them paying for a months service.
