I as a resident for over 6 mnths now have experienced excellent service. The staff is very tenant & provides qaulty service as quikly as possible. The manager for one, is very concerned about the community and how all neighbors get along with one another. Over all, I believe the complex is well maintained and managed. Our family has been renting here at angelina terrace for 3 1/2 yrs and i must say i have had nothing to complain about. The manager is great very friendly knowledgeable and is always available to answer any questions tenants might have or any maintenance issues. Overall my experience in this community with teresa cardenas as the manager has been excellent and i have anything negative to say.

Living here is confortable the pool is not bad. My kids love it, parking is ok.

mangement is curtious, profesional, and accessible. Teresa Cardenas is the right person for the job. also maintance man is on site.

over all I would recomend Angelina terrace to my friends

I moved out a couple weeks ago beacuse the rent was a little high for my taste, but other than that i really enjoyed living there with my husband and two boys, the property was also nice too. sad i couldnt stay and live longer!
