How do we get our money back for services that were pre-paid?
It is obvious anyone who had something positive to say was probably a comment made up by the owner or current employees. This place was a nightmare, I'm surprised it stayed in business for as long as it did, and am even more surprised any of the original employees were still there when it closed.
OUT OF BUSINESS! I received an e-mail to confirm an appointment for tomorrow, called to change it over and over with no answer and stopped by since it's close to my office. The space is now empty and looks like they moved out in the dark of night.
