I had lunch recently at Andiamo and asked the owner, Javier Ugarte, for a suggestion on what to order. Javier suggested I have the Salciccia as its one of his favorites. Salciccia was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. I am a huge foodie, traveled to many countries and I have to say Andiamo is my new hidden secret found in Tierrasanta just off the 52 freeway. Living Downtown I am close to many Italian restaurants, but this is well worth the only 10 minute drive. Warm friendly atmosphere and great food! I cannot wait to get back to try more! It’s difficult to find good food in certain corners of San Diego County, but thankfully Tierrasanta has Andiamo! They have an extensive menu that is expertly prepared and served as well as full service bar. I've tried about 20 entrees and enjoyed all of the them. They also have some wonderful desserts. Outdoor dining is available and they usually allow dogs there.
