I have read reviews. I am a past employee of 5 years. Both as a aide and activity director. I loved my job and the residents and their families both present and past. The floor nurses do a great job. The aides do the best they can especially when under staffed. As for residents in lobby area...some are fall risk and are there for safety. I personally tried to give each of them in lobby...

I love this care facility, the care staff are kind, fun, entertaining and respectful of their jobs and the people whom they care for. They'll answer any question you have to the best of their ability or designate you to someone who can help you.

The staff have been very nice, the nursing staff is nice and attentive but they seem stretched, some are much better than others. What I don't like is they put people in the commons area and they all just sit around all day long. It's always the same people sitting in that common's area. I never see any adminstration staff in the evenings. If I we have questions we have to call or show up...

Cleanliness: ZERO!!! The laundry bins in the halls make the halls smell like outhouses. My mother was moved there after falling at her assisted living home. The adminstrator, came in when my a family member transported my Mom from the hospital, asked for the paperwork and left. NEVER INTRODUCED HIMSELF!
