Caveat Emptor - Understand What You Sign

I signed one of these legitimate contracts for my minor daughter and we are in training process for the S.H.I.N.E. Showcase.  The refund policy is very clear in the performer agreement which I am looking at now.  If you are within 3 days of registration they give a full refund less a $250.00 administrative fee and coaching fee.

I was mislead and money was retrieve from my account and AMTC refused to give me my refund a year has gone by and each time I received excuses after excuse.  My account was needed in order for me to participate no money was to be draft from my account.  After contacting AMTC I had 14 days to change my mind and money would be refund to me.  After being jerk around 14 days expired and I didn't...
