The only reason I didn't give this rating a 5 is because there was no swimming pool and we arrived for the free breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of waffle batter. Otherwise the room was very clean and fresh smelling, it was quiet and centrally located to downtown Phoenix.

This hotel is located in a very shady part of town. We were unable to leave the room even for food etc. It advertised that they had an airport shuttle but when we arrived and called they told us that the shuttle had to booked 24 hours in advance. Rooms are very clean, modernized to the quality of large standard chains with well known family names whose daughters are often in the press or other similar ones. the front desk was very courteous and organized. They even held our bags for us after we had checked out. Rooms were very clean and baths look like they were just remodeled. Nice walk from the convention center too
