I originally wrote a bad review. The company read it, reached out, and resolved my issues with my experience. They definitely showed me good customer service at that point.

Been going since 2013, since fat Amy became boss she made my glasses twice because the doctor messed up on my script then told me she wasn't going to do it again and make me keep glasses I can't see out of and keep my money . ... isn't it their job to make sure their customers can see??? No sorry, what can I do to help, nothing! The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Had an amazing experience here today! I forgot my contacts up at school as I was on a rush for spring break in Florida. 7 days on the beach with glasses was not going to be fun. I went in to hopefully figure something out. I was in and out in 5 minutes with a pair of contacts for the week and a mini contact solution for my travel bag!
