Help us make it rightIt does not matter if you have no money or just can't pay a bill. These clowns will call you over and over with threats of legal action even when you don't own a thing. And they don't have an attorney on the premises, just someone that types the legal documents so if you do get served......confirm that there is no attorney there and file a complaint with the state bar of California. The old lady that owns this place is hard to understand.

this woman miss presley called my home and asked for my son who she claims is over age 21. my son is a junior in high shool. She didn't even have the correct spelling for our last name.
she informed me that my son has to call her and give her authorization to talk to his mother. he isn't even of age to speak to this bill collector. if he had bills, i would know since i pay all the bills in this house.

Hey some guy from this place called me at work and started to make threats about having me arrested for a bill that isn't mine. He told my boss I was lying and the bill was mine. Later we find out this collector thought I was the guy he was trying to collect from but in the mean time he made my life miserable. If I did ever owe you money, you can bet I would do everything not let this place collect a dime from me.
