This place has a beautiful showroom and a great selection of home equipment and supplies. I found everything I needed from Depends, shower chairs, and a walker for my dad to ice packs for my son, and a knee brace for myself. The staff will help point you in the right direction. I would highly recommend this place!!
Went in to pick up some stuff for myself and was nicely greeted and helped. If they didnt know the answer, they made an effort to get the answer. They were very patient and answered any questions I had about the supplies they provided. I would highly recommend going here!
I was visiting my 80 year old mother over the weekend and was so thankful that this medical store was open on Saturday! We were able to look at everything my mother wanted to: wheelchairs, scooters, raised toilet seats, wound care supplies, compression stockings, etc. They had a wonderful showroom and the customer service was so helpful and informative! Needless to say, we bought more things than we had planned! I am so appreciative that this store is in the neighborhood for any future supplies or equipments that we may need.
I visited the store on Union Avenue, San Jose, with a friend that needed expert advise for medical supplies. The women was rude, abrupt, not willing to help at all. We felt uneasy and left, never to return.
Great place, very helpful I will return to get my regular supplies from now on! and maybe buy one of those chairs!
