This place is NOT a place to go for good service. I was there for a consultation and the ""manager"" is nothing only a sales person looking to get every cent from you , just to get her sales. She did not listen to what I was interested in , only wanted to know if I had good credit for finance. As I walked out of the office, I noticed the rooms where they do the procedures, that they were dirty and old looking laser machines. I asked who did the procedures, and was told that they are only estheticians - with no doctor or nurses on the premises ! I was shocked ! WARNING - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY...

I went here for a Free consultation and they have great deals. The lady I sat down with was very informative about everything I was interested in. I decided to go with the laser hair removal because they had a promotion going on buy one area get another pkg for free. What business gives a pkg FREE???? I would recommend this business to any of my close friends. Thanks American Laser Skincare for giving me great results!!!!

LASER HAIR REMOVAL = 100% NO RESULTS!!!

Don't be fooled. Just because this is a big company, does not mean they have the best lasers. I have had many treatments at American Laser Center and have seen ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!!Keep in mind that I have VERY DARK hair. I have went to two other laser hair removal centers and have seen AMAZING RESULTS...nearly 95% of active hair follicles killed in just ONE TREATMENT!!!!DON'T WAIST YOUR...

I got treated in the Brentwood TN location, not the American Laser Center Knoxville TN location. 100% No Results...thousands taken.

American Laser Center fails to tell people that the laser hair removal ONLY WORKS ON SOME PEOPLE!!! Even if you have dark black hair.

They send out $300-$1000 OFF PACKAGE VOUCHERS in their online contest. The WHOLE PURPOSE of this technique is to GET YOU TO SIGN A BINDING CONTRACT WITHOUT KNOWING IF THE TREATMENTS WILL WORK FOR YOU. Chances are...THEY WILL NOT!

I spent thousands of dollars on a package to find out that the lasers they use do not work...
