BEWARE of this company. After being told my mother needed a wheelchair I went to American Homepatient to rent the chair. I found out later she was intitled to a Free chair according to medicare! They billed us $15.99 A MONTH! We had the chair less than 4 months. They: Lost her payment. Forced us to pay additional payments. And threatened to send her to collections. The cost of the rental ended...

Have been waiting 3 days for a wheel chair to be delivered after release from rehab on Wed. Told they would deliver that p..m.--Nothing. Then told they would deliver on Thur.--nothing. Fri we are still waiting --no wheel --no call - nothing--What service!
