I am very satisfied with all the personnel, the service and the quality of the treatment that I have received. I would love to say that I would be back soon, but obviously I won’t. Still, it is a great place and I am more than willing to recommend them – either their service or their doctors.
Good service. I got the necessary information I needed to come regarding my pregnancy. Sadly, it wasn't fated to become fruitful. The only option was to - well - you know already. With a heavy heart, I underwent the procedure. Things went well and surprisingly, it wasn't that uncomfortable at all. The doctor was patient and understanding. Shameful that this is the only choice for women in crisis. Arrived 6 am to a packed room and line out the door. Like herding cattle. The staff is uncaring & rude. Not that it should be a luxury resort, but young women are already scared & naive about the procedure. To have not one person empathize or say a kind word is disheartening to say the least. The dr was rude , never spoke a kind word....

The day I was scheduled, the place was wayyy over booked. My appointment was at 2 pm and ended up finishing around 6pm. Even though they were exceptionally busy the ladies/nurses working there were friendly and tried getting everyone through as quick as possible .
