Do not trust these people with your insurance!! They are so rude and disrespectful. I called today with a question about my account and they said they do not have time to help me and "its not their problem"! Anytime you need assistance with anything ,they are magically to busy to talk to you or dont even answer the phone!! I have been with American Family for 3 years and regret ever choosing...
