April of 2012 would have been my 25th year with American Family Insurance. The anniversary party is canceled. Run, don't walk to another company/agent as this one is not worth your time or money... unless you like beating your head against a wall. The ""I wasn't the agent/clam adjustor then"" stuff is frustrating at best. Based on past experience I thought my agent was my guide and advocate in the insurance maze. I was wrong.
