From the start, Richard listened to what coverage I wanted and quoted me a great price (for auto insurance). He didn't try to sell me more expensive coverage, or other types of insurance (life, renters, ect), just let me know they where available.
Never had a problem in the years I've done business with him and American Family Insurance.
Location is easy to get to, Close to I225 and Parker Rd.
