This was a very challenging program, but we'll worth the hard work. It's complex for a reason; it's more than motivating a client, it's about the science behind building a program. You cannot approach this with a half hearted focus. You need to study hard and do the work required to be a professional.

Great articles, certs are well accepted and the CEU's are sometimes online which makes it a bit easier to learn. Plus there are loads of article s and information on their site!

I just signed up to become an ACE certified personal trainer. After months of research and holding off I decided ACE was best for me. My study material should arrive in a few days and I'm very excited to get started. I hope the ACE family can support me as i go through this
