It might be great if someone answered the phone every now and then, or at least returned a phone call after that someone's already paid their deposit, and for over two weeks can't get them to return their call! :/

decent place

out of the way, but still in good location, no traffic, quiet neighbors, fairly well maintained. our a/c leaks, it works to cool, but leaks in humid weather, a bit of a pain. managers have a tendency to be a bit strict on noise and watch everything pretty close, but this can be a plus. honest and dependable. maybe overworked at times
